Coach Rules

So I had this old coach purse... The front was dirty and the seams inside were coming loose. For $20, Coach will take any item in and repair it. The repairs, they say, are actually free; you're just paying for shipping and handling. It's been about 3-4 weeks since I dropped it off.

I got a box from them today with what I thought was my purse all fixed up. But guess what, it ended up being a brand new purse. I mean, it's the same style, just that it's another one. A different one. A Brand New One. whooopie! :D New purse for me. It's even got the new purse smell.

I've heard rumors that Kenneth Cole does that for shoes too. Always wondered if it was true, cause I have a couple beat up old pairs that would be awesome to have replaced like that. But too lazy to find out if it's true :P

Oh *ew*. Can you imagine working at KC and having to do that? Touching people's old shoes... may as well lick their feet while you’re at it. :p

If that exists, all packages to that mailing address should go straight to the furnace. And people will just be mailed new shoes but at random. How fun would that be! ;)
